A. For extended payment terms: A credit application will need to be completed, signed
and return. Please allow 5 business days for credit approval.
B. COD Company Check: Fill company and bank information, sign, and return.
C. Credit Card: Please provide credit card information at time of order.
D. VISA /MASTER CARD ONLY
E. COD Cash/Money Order: Unnecessary to fill credit application, all new accounts will be
set up as COD CASH/MONEY ORDER/CASHIER CHECK
By accepting our shipping quotations and shpping dates, customer agrees to abide by American Auto Accessories sales terms and conditions set forth by the issued purchase order. Any orders once confirmed after shipping charges and shipping dates has been accepted/sent, cannot be cancelled unless an agreement has been reached.
Price structures are applicable within the United States and Puerto Rico only. For international price structures, please contact your account representative.
All authorized dealers are subject to geographical boundaries, minimum advertised price policies and other sales policies announced by American Auto Accessories management. The following applies to retail, mail order, e-bay, forums and all other forms of resale.
American Auto Accessories has assigned a Minimum Advertised Price on our price list. Distributor and dealer advertisements must be in accordance with MAP policy to be eligible for applicable discounts, special programs or continuing eligibility to purchase products.
Drop Shipments are subject to a service charge of 5% of total invoice value, or $5.00, whichever is greater. All drop shipments must be prepaid with a credit card. Orders can be faxed 24 hours a day to: (347) 625-8600 or (310) 436-3615.
American Auto Accessories hold the right to cancel or suspend the discount price status if dealer does not meet the terms and conditions contained herein, in a reasonable time frame. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Returned checks and late payments will result in revoked credit privileges and suspension of dealership.
For product warranties, please contact your sales representative for more details. Our warranties will only be valid for authorized dealers and distributors.
Refusals: Refusals of merchandise shipped will have a $30.00 handling charge and applicable freight charges billed to the customer's account.
American Auto Accessories Inc. and 3A Racing logos are internationally registered trademarks. Use of the logo, name, design, art or copyrighted text must be granted by written approval through American Auto Accessories management.
